Top 100 of dbzf; 2012 season

Posts: 11,612 Group: Legend Member #88 Joined: January 16, 2005	So most of us saw the Top 100 on NFL. Some of the rankings we agree with & others are just laughable. Im not in love with ranking players because their are so many ways to go about it & every player has value at the end of a winning superbowl whether they played 1 snap or a 1000. Anyway, I thought it would be a cool idea if we fans on dbzf created our own top 100. Im not asking every one of you to come up with 100 players or anything, but what Im asking to start off is to just mention some players so far this season that have stood out to you & deserve to be ranked on this list. Now please, try not being bias. Im a raven fan, I could probably name 5-6 players on the team that I think should be in the top 10 but Im not. So just post some names you think belong on the list. We can have 500 names & slowly start eliminating them. My idea is to get as many names & then as the regular season ends I can start eliminating players. I want to base the players rank by leadership role, playmaker role, statistics & consistency over the season. I want it to be fair & totally fan based. We might have a better list than the NFL by the end of it all who knows. For now, post some player names, I will make a list in no order. After I will start eliminating & slowly ranking, we can have discussions on who we think goes where & so on. Goal is a list of 100. If anyone wants to add anyone not on the list already then by all means keep them coming.Now Step 2, I will make topics to rank the players within the position one at a time.
